WC 21 to 22

Post by krisinwa.st. »

It's been a long road , I'm finally at the point where I can start my
project ... , I purchased my WC 21 in 1975 and in 76 I found out
there was a 22 model , always wanted a winch model since , I can't
afford to have both so it's going to be a swap of everything from
my 21 to my newly purchased ( last year ) 22 that at one point
a full cab was adapted to , so the fun begins it will be nice to have a
dedicated place to do the work . Plan to post pictures from start
to finish .

Hey Kris:
Glad you are going to start working on the winch truck project. If I don't get going soon, you'll have it done before I finish the one I've been working on for almost 10 yrs now off and on.
Now that I've retired, that should change I hope. Not sure why 4 days after I retire, we get a freak early winter snow storm. Sure hope its not a sign of things to come!

Hey George ,
Congratulations on your retirement , not sure about geting finished
before you do on your project , kinda have to factor in how much I can
spend per month and how detailed I'll go , would love to do a class A
restore , so will see ..., we got a inch of snow last night and this morning
I have heard that this winter will be like last year ? oh well at least I have
a shop to keep warm ( kinda ) and work in .
