In the text he says "Beautiful old Dodge...."
I reckon it is a 1939/40 Chevrolet with Australian cab (air vents, quarter windows and right hand drive).
Dave Mottram pointed out the front wheels do not have the Chevrolet plate over them to cover the extra stud holes - 5 on front, 10 on back.
