Value of a WC63.

I was looking at a WC63 for sale, but the seller wants $22000.00. I think that's too much. It is supposed to be all origianal including engine. Runs, drives, stops, no rust so he claims. Comes with a title, and seven good tires and wheels plus the canvas and pioneer tools. Comes with some misc. small spare parts. What is a fair price for this truck?

Recent sold my wc63 for 14k, needed final body work, had a ton of extra parts, complete canvas, also had a few rare options like extra seat in bed, and spare parts box, ran and stopped fine.
