That's my old DUKW, 14962 "DUSTY" up there, now living life in luxury back in the US.

Give this forum a try and see if you like it.


You should be able to do stuff like insert your own images easily and so on, using functions above.

You should have never sold your DUKW!!!

Dusty has seen more action in the five years since I sold him than he did in the previous 15 - now he's back in the US.....

Rex Ward, Chairman of the MVT, who used it on one or more of that last Normandy tours, then it was sold back to the US but dodn't recognise the name when Rex Told me.

Hammon, Harmon - somthing like that.

It's hull number 14962 and had most of the original equipment on it, everything from the stretcher side frames to the A-Frame prop rod.
