Gday,
This is my first post, i am currently restoring a WC21 with the Chassis # 81524448 which i noticed is on your database, it has a body # 4190-30717 and its Australian Army Registration Number is 129156. I hope this is helpful.
Cheers Matt Baker.

Does your truck have the original T215 type of engine in it? if so, can you tell me the number?aussieWC21 wrote:Gday,

Hi,
The Dodge currently has a 1950's Plymouth car engine in it but i have found a T215 for it.
The serial # T215-24275 I do not know which type of Half Tonner it is from?
Cheers Matt Baker

I'd have to guess that the proper engine serial number would be around 25900, but the engine you have is only about 1500 less..and probably came out of another WC21

Hello, early half tons only have a seven digit serial number, please recheck it.pastorc wrote:I have a 1941 WC 13 86825625 8/24/42

Hey not sure if my other message got to you. My wc13 is 8682615, I see that its already on the list, I sent it earlier, I must have forgot to send the delivery date. here it is, 4-28-42, its seems a bit late for a Wc13. I also see that you calculated hood numbers for another fellow, is it possible to do the same for mine? thanks for all your help.

Re: 1/2 ton and below database...of 390 known
Again. sorry for writing something before I read all post, I see were I put to many numbers in my original post. Please see the other two post for the correction. In regards to the '42 tag, this truck is one that was put togther from 3 trucks, 2 1/2 open cabs and 1 panelwagon. I could not read the serial number on one of the 1/2ton frames or the panelwagon. I am almost certain that this tag came from the body that I am using, but I could be wrong, could the other truck have been a WC21? the trucks outwardly were the same.
again I am sorry for rattling off 3 post all at once.

The delivery date sounds funny to me, but based on the serial number, W-229291! should be a reasonable guess.pastorc wrote:Hey not sure if my other message got to you. Please ignore the exclaimation mark, it is my code for a calculated number and I shouldn't have pasted it to the reply...pastorc wrote:Thank you so much
