Excellent reading - and should help those with 'transfer case noise' issues as I seem to remeber there was a thread on this recently... perhaps you can re-post the scans on that thread for info, or post them as a general thread for all to look through??

What else does the publication show / say?

Hi Gareth,

I scanned the whole document onto photobucket so the link Robbo posted is all there is I'm afraid.

There must have been other editions but this is the first I've seen/heard of,I would like to see the others.
