GMC ACKX353 & Dodge VF

Looking at both Ken's VF and the GMC ACKX353 that's for sale, it appears that both have the same or very similar front and rear axle's. Both are Timken type split case which to me look identical. Anyone else care to chime in on this.

I didn't know Ken had a ACKX353

Sorry for the grammatical error. Should have not put "both" in the sentenence. Two sellers selling different trucks.
