Closed cab hinge mounted mirror arm mount

A long while back I was looking for one of these. Not sure where and when I dropped the search, but I still need one.

I currently have one on my drivers side...Its the two peice style that pivots on the upper door hinge, held in place with the door pin and secured from moving about with a simple set screw.

I would like to find another for the paasenger side. Already have the correct mirros and arms, just need this simple two piece mount.

Heck, Ill take any simple mount thats period looking and works.

Anyone?
