Any idea of the value of an unrestored solid and running open cab GMC CCKW? It was supposedly a Holland return truck in the late eighties.

I can predict the questions that are coming your way

1) What is it missing?
2) 'Solid' can mean many things, how much Bubba or incorrect post war repairs or mods will have to be done?
3) Condition and expected remaining life of correct tires?
4) Good title?

I am sure that the GMC gurus can add some more, but those three will take a long way in filling in the blanks of the value equation.

The truck appears to be all original without modification. It is a complete vehicle that is rust free. Tire condition I am not sure. The title can be aquired for it. It does have a winch.

One small note ( no pun) on looking at an open cab, "how tall are you?". I had a very complete open cab, I had did not like driving it because it was a pain to see over the dash. I have an extra seat bottom I had to sat on to see. My closed cab was a dream to drive. I am 5'6, just something to think about.

A extra seat cushionis a must with all Open Cab CCKw's , even for the tall guys. The Steering wheel angle and height remains a constant relative to the chassis in Open and Closed Cab, but the view over the dash is better than 4" lower.
