Sort of, there was a WWII Turret Trainer version of the Chevrolet 4x4 with the top turret of a B-17 installed. It was used to train aircraft gunners.

I have seen none, but it is possible. The Army AF was known for improvising, and airfields had to be defended.
If one were to mount an M-25 Pedestal in the cargo body, the Troop racks would have to be removed. If the Pedestal were lengthened to clear the troop racks, there would be problems with the mount as the .50 would damage it.
TM9-224 does not mention a mount for the 4X4 Chevrolet.

It is possible that the Quad .50 mount was installed on the Chevrolet, but there would be interference by the Cab as it would be in the field of fire.
