Evening Pat
Well you can see it's a big German semi-track. It belongs to Kevin Wheatcroft, big UK collector and he did a load of work to it including rebuilding the whole body from scratch.
I've heard the opinion expressed that it is actually the slightly longer chassis of the crane version rather than the prime mover - something to do with the idler wheel layout and the way the body side doesn't match the wartime photos - but it looks fine in the metal when you see it and sounds better. I don't know that much about them so I'm not passing any judgement.
All those body ribs were hand rolled I think, rather than pressed as original, and you can see that when you get right up to it, but it's still a nice piece of machinery and must have cost a fortune to rebuild. I think it normally tows an 88mm mounted on that cross carriage.
Have a look at his collection online;

select "inventory" then "German" and scroll down - use the clickable links to bring up pictures.
