I needed one years ago, for my WC58, since someone years ago removed it.
I was collecting pictures to make one myself, then I found one NOS on epay.
Boy was I lucky !
PM me your email address and I can locate pictures taken and then take dimensions of junction box for you.
I just recently installed it on the CC along with the CH-74 cabinet.
