No, it will have the 230 ci engine from an M37. I am using the original non-syncro trans, one spd transfer case, and eventually the Brownie box. I just need to wire up some pos/neg cables to static time it and test fire the engine...

Would have had it done last month but I am in the middle of a major basement remodel project that is kicking my butt.

re battery box. not much room under the hood and easy to service on running board. I have had all the WC models and command car and carryall with no battery under hood was a real nice feature. totally in the way on the 6 volt trucks.

Welcome to the NW!! I live in Shelton about 20 mins from Olympia. As I type I am sitting in traffic in Oceanside driving home from a week in San Diego.

For 11 years I worked in South Central LA. I don’t miss the traffic; it used to take just over an hour to get to work and nearly two to get home. I try to avoid the cities now... my new town has only about 700 full time residents.
