GENTLEMEN, START YOUR ENGINES!

Post by RANGER »

Ain't nobody proud of their CCKW? I'm proud of mine, I only wish TM9 had been around when I opted for AJP Gillespie WWII Green (2430) it's a beautiful color and finish, but the TM9 WWII OD #8 captures that WWII character much better. It sure looks nice with 4" GM WWII Font TM9 Blue Drab USA Numbers on the hood and tailgate.
Mine is coming out of hibernation in a couple days. I can't wait!

Anyone been watching Farby dub thru his CCKW project? It's more fun to just bolt them back together with real GI parts and drive them without dwelling for years on hangups like "sight Plug orNo Sight Plug. Mine's been up and running flawlessly for 30 years with not one issue with a vendor and I deal with dozens of them.
