First aid kit question
Were the first aid kits, if equipped, mounted to some sort of bracket inside the vehicle (WC-53)?

Re: First aid kit question
There was a box / drawer that mounted under the glovebox, maybe back against the firewall, which was standard on late trucks and I think the First Aid Kit would fit in there.

Would this be below the map table? Anyone got a picture?

Re: First aid kit question
That's the thing. Was it suitable for the First Aid Kit too? I don't remember any other storage for it.

Re: First aid kit question
I'm unclear if the 3/4 ton Dodge WC's had a standardized first aid kit. I think the Jeep did after a period of time. Have not discovered any information on the Dodges during the war.

Re: First aid kit question
Good to know there was no standard first aid kit at the time… that box under the dash isn’t a standard ammo can, is there a common source for these?
