Again great pictures. Thanks for posting them. Did you notice that the photo showing the M3 tank was printed upside down? See the Cafe sign in the background and the 75mm gun location on the wrong side.

My garage: Restored Old Henry, and have had this WC51 on the road around 3 years now... Currently finishing a brace of Ben Hur trailers, and starting a 67 Galaxie fastback. Concurrent with the WC I restored a 74 TR6... Oh the joys.

Wonder if those two early Stuart tanks were ever recovered...

If you see a stack of Life Magazines in an antique store look for October 6 1941. There is a 12 page article about the Louisiana Maneuvers. I found my copy in a local antique store.

This is a 1941 Dodge wc 12 my father and I finished last year. We were fortunate to find the original markings of the 44th engineers Co A . It was an engineer regiment that existed for only six months during the carolina maneuvers most known for building a pontoon bridge across the pee dee river. So I have been fishing amongst all the sites and forums for any info anyone may have on the 44th engineer regiment or my ultimate goal a picture of the truck W-226617.

Thanks LUKE

I tried that, but it just makes the whole site smaller. The picture gets smaller, but doesnt get any larger where I can see the front end. It cuts it off right about the center of the windshield. I'll try some other things. Thanks...

Nice looking WC-12. Although my computer cuts off some of the front end.
Think this issue may arise from the screen resolution running on your monitor - easiest way is to right click and save pic to your computer and then you can see all of it.
