It looks nice, but what is it? Photo apparently taken in Spain.
If I had to make this I'd take a CCKW and drop 42-47 Dodge 1.5 ton front sheetmetal on it, plus the body looks to be from a single rear axle workshop, and is that a winch fairlead on the front bumper?
If it is factory I've never seen anything like it. Anyone recognise the wheels / drivetrain under it, or anything else? Joel ?

Looks like a CCKW Shop or Headquarters with a Dodge cab.... tires are too modern (1990's?). The fenders look like civilian compared tot he 1.5 military ones which were cut for bigger arcs to clear the bigger military tires (tyres??).
