According to "AAA" on the Power Wagon Forum...
From half way through 1955 into 1956
It has the wrap around front glass, a mid year change in 1955, grill carried over the next year 1956. 1957 is distinct with it's grill, so it has to be 55.5 or 56.

Jared W adds...
serial number appears to read 82382287 and would make it Detroit 1955 - Early 1956 from Eric's magic VIN decoder ring.

It's just a half ton 4 x 2 panel truck
It's a nice truck, definitely worth having.
Restoration shouldn't be a problem, except it might be expensive to get the glass for the windscreen.
You can try the Power Wagon Forum for further information and maybe find some other owners;

...although as a two wheel drive truck it isn't really a Power Wagon - it is an old Dodge.
